• Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use KokonutUI Pro
• No recurring fees or subscriptions are required after initial purchase
• We reserve the right to terminate access at our discretion, without prior notice
• License termination may occur for violations of these Terms or any other reason deemed necessary
• Upon termination, you must cease all use of KokonutUI Pro

By purchasing KokonutUI Pro, you acknowledge and accept these license terms, including our right to terminate access. This arrangement provides flexibility while protecting our ability to maintain service quality and address unforeseen circumstances that may affect our service.

3. Refund Policy

Since this is a lifetime purchase that grants permanent access to the service, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed.

4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. KokonutUI Pro makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KokonutUI Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

5. User Responsibilities

KokonutUI Pro is not responsible for any content, applications, websites, or other materials created using our service. You retain full responsibility for any content you create, distribute, or publish using KokonutUI Pro, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from such content or its use.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All components, code, documentation, and other materials provided through KokonutUI Pro are protected by intellectual property laws. While you have the right to use these components in your projects after purchase, you may not:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the components
• Create derivative component libraries based on KokonutUI Pro
• Share your access credentials with others

7. Usage Rights

8. General Terms and Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of France. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and InvoicePDF as a result of your use of these services.

You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of InvoicePDF. You agree that InvoicePDF will not be liable by reason of any representation, act, or omission to act by you.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
