• No recurring fees or subscriptions are required after initial purchase
• We reserve the right to terminate access at our discretion, without prior notice
• License termination may occur for violations of these Terms or any other reason deemed necessary
• Upon termination, you must cease all use of Kokonut UI Pro

By purchasing Kokonut UI Pro, you acknowledge and accept these license terms, including our right to terminate access. This arrangement provides flexibility while protecting our ability to maintain service quality and address unforeseen circumstances that may affect our service.

3. Refund Policy

Since this is a lifetime purchase that grants permanent access to the service, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed.

4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 5. User Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All components, code, documentation, and other materials provided through Kokonut UI Pro are protected by intellectual property laws. While you have the right to use these components in your projects after purchase, you may not:

8. General Terms and Governing Law

You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Kokonut UI. You agree that Kokonut UI will not be liable by reason of any representation, act, or omission to act by you.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
