Usage meters project the period at today's pace: the solid bar is what's been used, the hatched run is where you'll land by renewal, and anything past the plan's limit turns red with the estimated overage. Change plan opens a picker inside the plan card that quotes the switch live, blocks a downgrade the workspace no longer fits in, and re-scales the meters once confirmed.
